Spring is the beautiful season of new growth and rejuvenation. New life blooms at every turn. That is certainly the case around here at Don Gaspar. We’ve made some exciting changes and turned over a new leaf this spring. We’ve been hard at work with the transformation and are ecstatic to tell everyone about a few things that are to come at our historic Santa Fe inn.
Our focus is bringing guests the best experience possible. There is no doubt that there is something special about staying at a historic inn full of charm and beauty, but we believe that the experience is about much more than that. Our goal is to expose guests to a new and unique Santa Fe boutique inn. In this new style, guests are encouraged to design their own vacation. You will feel all of the comforts of home while enjoying the luxuries and services of a hotel.
Now known as Casa Culinaria Don Gaspar, when you arrive at our boutique inn, you will be welcomed with a new and fresh look. We are hard at work renovating the space to create a connected compound with its own flare in each area. We plan on emphasizing the three separate, but equally beautiful, styles of architecture on the property. The three styles represent Santa Fe’s history: Arts and Crafts, Pueblo Revival, and Territorial. These styles of architecture will be brought to life with terraces and gardens in the style of the each house. As we continue to make changes, we will also be adding a touch of refined decor with hand-selected art from Mexico and all over the world. But, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
When you stay at Casa Culinaria, you will not be having your typical hotel experience. Casa Culinaria is not just an inn, it is a destination.
