Bringing The Culinary Arts to Our Boutique Hotel

We’re excited to be bringing our guests the best and have been working hard to transform our property to do so. We can now officially announce that we will be bringing culinary arts to our guests like never before. Starting in the fall of this year, we will be offering cooking classes at Casa Culinaria to all who are interested. The classes will be held right here and we can’t wait for them to get started.

Our culinary kitchen is in process of being built out to hold our classes. But don’t worry. Our classes will be suited for everyone. You don’t have to be a culinary chef to participate in our classes. The only requirement is that you want to have fun while learning something new. Our goal is provide a place for our guests to learn to cook delicious meals in a fun and casual environment. You won’t find a more fun cooking class in Santa Fe than right here at the new Casa Culinaria.

Experience the joy of cooking in a brand new commercial kitchen as we share our passion for international cuisine with you. We cannot wait to share our love of food with everyone who stays with us here at Casa Culinaria Don Gaspar. Taught by our own Caroline, a Cordon Bleu chef, you will have the opportunity to learn how to create fun international dishes without having to leave our beautiful, historic Santa Fe inn.
